Concrete Applications
There is almost no structure without using concrete. It is a complex material. In order to have a high quality concrete application, many elements need to be done properly. The aggregates mixture proportion, shape of the aggregates, the water / cement ratio, the temperature, the moisture in the air, the wind, the workmanship, the curing process and many other parameters will decide the quality and the look of the product. With the new technology, now we have a better control of concrete to have better results in strength and the appearance. Being a concrete contractor, We have good theoretical and practical experience of concrete. Also, we update ourselves with new products to enhance our works. We are recognized to be one of the best in the field by our customers. We take concrete seriously because the nature of the material requires the full attention and it is costly to fix any mistake. Small or big project doesn’t matter, we will give our best. Some of the works we do: steps, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, garage floors, repairs, foundations, basement floors...
We avoid mixing concrete on the job site unless it is a small amount. We use ready mix concrete suppliers. This way there is no room for mistakes. Each application need a different kind of mix. If the mix is not right the rest won't make a difference.
For walkways, patios, garage slabs we use 5 inches thick concrete with wire mesh in it. For driveways, thickness will be 6 inches with re-bars in it. For load bearing concrete structures such as foundations, walls, retaining walls, suspended floors, steeps, porches... sealed drawings will be our guide. We are very picky when it comes to dimensions. We like to be 100 % right on the measurements. As we mention earlier with concrete it is not fun to redo it.
